excursion! :D set out early in the morning to the eastern side of Singapore for the largely acclaimed - Terminal 3 Open House. we hit the roads so early that it was barely 10a.m. by the time we arrived at the carpark -.- the last time I came here was probably.. September 2006 for IMF? gosh. that was eon years ago. hoho. since young, it was always exciting to have a trip to the airport as it meant going away for a trip :)




traffic was pretty light.

the moment we stepped up to leveltwo where the hype was all about, we saw this couple taking their wedding pictures in T3. romantic... strayed away for some photo-taking before joining the queue for the guided tour. 45minutes was all too worthy. information overflow! we looked like a tour group in the airport. hoho. T3's starting its operations on 9th January 2008 after so much anticipation :)

plentiful of f&b outlets, shops and all!






the mezzanine which was still half-constructed.

the whole idea of T3 was essentially on a wholly open concept embarked on a "garden city" theme - which is what tourists and foreigners know of Singapore. fully computerised sunlight reflectors were built in such a way to allow suitable amount of sunlight into the infrastructure and use artificial lighting during the night. even the air-conditioning system in the transit area was positioned to be closer to the ground so as to "save electricity"; since nearer to ground = no need to blast the temperature = uses less energy. smart!

the holding area used to be one for each gate in T1 and T2. now that they've consolidated four entry gates into one holding area, its more efficient (this place can hold up to 1500 pax!) and most importantly, there's washroom after clearing baggage check. its so important can!

T3 has a total of (approx) 198 internet access stations! 1-9-8! only in T3!


skytrain station.



clearing immigration would not be a chore again with the automated barrier gates similar to those found in Tuas Causeway. lolol it was fun to try when we went Genting the previous time. look at the tiles! GLAZED luh! hoho.

those greeneries (spelling?) are real greens. they're "watered" with mist at regular intervals. artificial waterfall flowing down the middle of baggage travellator prolly was just a fengshui monument? conclusion - this T3 is uber eco-friendly.

the brunch @ C-Nai HongKong Cafe was alrights. the toast was good but service was baddddd. yam paste was horried (baby's testimonial) haa. rushed back to jurong for tuition :) thanks sweetie for the ride.

clementi's famous western &rojak for dinner! this simple fare proved much better than lavish meals :) peeped at bro at Baleno (yet again.) thn went back, refreshed myself before moving off to King Albert Park's Mac for revision till the wee hours of morning :)


pardon the uncomb-ed hair. hoho.

sunday again. saturday always passed like it flies :( hate this. ohyes! baby's gonna complete BSLC in.. 11 days time! hoho. how fast. his enlistment seemed just like yday.


proud to be part of.

lol baby mistook his book-in for 2200 instead of the actual 2230. he's freaking pissed about it :( another field camp to overcome next week. baby, jiayou!

1) Aranda Country Club
glam and good. not that spacious but uber convenient. its freakin exxx. I could buy a burbs purse with this amount of money. and level one's are fully booked. wth.









2) Pasir Ris Downtown East
the one where memories held so dear. too cramped though. how bout last choice instead? uber complete with facilities; throw in the convenience factor!





3) NSRCC
its helluva inconvenience for this. gonna spend a bomb on petrol (baby! :X) hoho. spacious and we have a space of our own though.





4) Chevrons
toooo nearby luhh. no feel (cheys!). convenient and travel-light.





5) Aloha Loyang
super spacious and care for the pocket (members' price). a lil too inconvenient but who would stay up on 21.01.08 12am to click firsthand for me? ):











6) 118 Elias Road
lagi best. but chances of getting this is like one out of a gazillion ): still the hottest favourite! getting it would be a heaven-sent gift.





7) Bars/ cafes/ clubs just for gathers&meetups.

HOW! headaches. baby's outfield. exams round the corner. booking datelines. urghhh. too many ): hope my parents go attend the citigroup talk, get the one-night's stay at ritz and weeees! I'd be there for that! hoho like real. how bout ballroom?


prolly just host it at void deck. hurhur.

seriously, any ideas?

prior to that, I need to get resolution 2008 uppppp (though mentally my wishlist came up first :X) did I even fulfill my 07's..? hmm..

[1] graduate from poly with awesome results & proceed to uni.
[2] eat better/regularly.
[3] exercise more (keep fit).
[4] be nicey nice to everyone.
[5] less gossips.
[6] smile more.
[7] moremoremore meetups with BOF & girlf's.
[8] license perhaps?
[9] support more meiji products.
[10] buy myself a queen-sized bed (considered?)


oh gosh. yeah got into uni. my first resolution. ate well! I swear I gossiped less in nus. statistical percentage - 40percent completed.

exercise more was done for the first half year (and continuing more intensively during holidays! :X) as for license, I already took the first step! :) wth is this resolution "buy more meiji products" man?! queen sized bed is on the wayyyyyy.

ok lah. not that bad :D
